The "brain" of SmartQ T19 uses the same series CPU like the SmartQ T20: Texas Instruments TI OMAP4430 Dual-Core CPU 1GHz,1GB LPDDR2 RAM,308MHz 1000M/s PowerVR SGX540 GPU,which has very good 3D performance.

 
 

SmartQ T19 also has a front 2.0MP webcam and a back 2.0MP camera.You can easily change to have video chat,take pictures or record videos.It also has mini-HDMI v1.3 and Bluetooth 4.0.
